Our hope for these scholarships is to expose new and soon-to-be clergy to the event. We understand the financial burdens facing seminary students and new clergy. We also view R&R and continuing education as an important part of anyone's ministry. We hope, once exposed to the many blessings of Recreation & Revelation, folks will return year after year.
Scholarships will cover transportation to and from Denver International airport and Winter Park, occupancy in a double room, all breakfasts, most dinners, and conference fees. Scholarship recipients are responsible for their own transportation to Denver, skiing expenses, and lunches on the hill.
Recreation & Revelation scholarships are open to anyone. We are, however, primarily focused on seminary students, interns, and first-call pastors who have not attended the event in the past.
Scholarships are awarded to the first qualified applicant.
